I am a queer therapist who focuses on the LGBTQIA+ community and religious recovery. I work with relationships, individuals, families, and teens all with the goal of helping them live the most authentic version of themselves. We will deal with issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulty getting into or maintaining relationships. I have real life experience AND the training to help my you with these things, and let you know that you are not alone.

I'm a trauma trained, licensed therapist who takes a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to the therapeutic process. I use tools such as EMDR, meditation, and somatic processing to help clients release the past and relieve the mind and body from emotional suffering.
