The purpose of therapy is to take what you have learned and apply it outside. It is not always easy to make changes, and change can be scary, but once you put your words into action, the change can be beautiful. I have worked with people who struggle with substance use issues, depression, anxiety, and families. I have a passion for working with people in the BiPOC community. I want my clients to believe in themselves and what they can accomplish without needing external validation. My goal is for you to feel confident in your decision-making to process your needs/issues without relying on others.

We are located in Wellington. We provide individual counseling to children as young as 5 years old through teenage years. We offer individual counseling to adults who want to work on depression, anxiety, personality issues, codependency and substance abuse. We are trained in Gottman and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.

I have worked with clients from Hawaii to Florida, and strived to contribute to their personal journeys toward fulfillment and balance. My work initially focused on children and families, and evolved to include lifestyle and behavioral counseling for adults, families, and seniors of all ages and stages of life. Over the past 5 years, I have focused on nurturing individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, loneliness, and confusion. From grief, loss, or fear, to parenting, finding work life balance, or entering new chapters of life, change presents us all with burdens that should be recognized and appreciated.
