I am a virtual bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist whose expertise is working with couples and individuals who are desiring to recover trust in their relationship after betrayal/infidelity. I also work with couples who are overwhelmed with the continual conflict and misunderstandings in their relationships. I am spiritual, non-religious and respectful of all faiths and denominations. I am LGBTQAI+ affirming and a proud POC, who is trauma aware and trained in brief therapeutic approaches, including Gottman Method, CBT Conjoint Therapy for PTSD, and Solution & Emotional Focused therapies.

Margaret Deuerlein, LMHC, NCC, is a Licensed Psychotherapist with experience and knowledge in effective and evidenced-based therapeutic interventions for anxiety disorders, panic disorders, trauma, personality disorders, mood dysregulation, depression, anger, stress, low self-esteem, insecurity, low motivation, interpersonal relationships, and couples therapy. She is also trained in treating other mental health conditions and helping individuals overcome life challenges. She will help you heal and develop effective coping skills to find relief, achieve life goals, develop healthier relationships, and take more control of your life.

New Hours 10am-3pm. My ideal client is a person, couple, or family that is willing to talk about finding a better way of life and may need someone to confide in. Also, those needing an unbiased and non-judgemental ear with feedback. In our society, I believe men in particular need a safe place to be heard and take off their armor. So I welcome all men to try therapy and explore themselves beyond what they can provide. Whether you struggle with pride, shame/guilt, saying no, or making decisions I welcome you. Growth is a lifelong process that cannot be rushed.

It can be overwhelming to think we might need help or to ask for help. Sometimes, life throws things at us that we simply don't know how to handle. I believe we have the capacity to get through challenges and come out stronger, but oftentimes, we need help to get ourselves to that point. I believe in creating an atmosphere to remove roadblocks, clearing the way for you to move toward a happier, healthier life and relationship. Together we will identify the thoughts and behaviors that contribute to feelings of insecurity, anger, sadness, anxiety, shame, or disconnect.

I look forward to serving children, and teens who may be experiencing trauma issues at school with behaviors, or needing interventions for ADHD and other Cognitive, Emotional, and Behavioral Issues. Also serving those who struggle with Substance Abuse and their journey to sobriety, with the many therapeutic approaches, am excited about serving our families to ensure they become a better version of themselves Prioritizing the needs of our clients, showing empathy, and being present is always top priority for client care, safety and stability.
