Finally, I offer therapy for couples and families who are wishing to heal from conflict, and improve relationship satisfaction.

Hello! I'm Amber! As a therapist, I have a passion for guiding others through life's challenges. With over a decade of experience, I've gained experience working with teens, families, and individuals struggling with ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I've helped a diverse range of clients find their way toward greater clarity and happiness. My clients mean everything to me and I'm committed to helping them achieve their goals and make positive changes in their lives. Whether you're a stressed-out teenager or an adult struggling with tough issues, I'm here to help.

The thoughts of harming yourself are a hard thing for a lot of people to comprehend, which can make even asking for help seem impossible. It’s often hard to reach out to close friends or family…nevermind some stranger that says that they can help. I strive to offer every client a supportive, non-judgmental approach to help explore where you are at, how you’ve been coping with it, and what a tomorrow that is worth living for would truly look like. No one starts cutting or thinking about suicide without a good reason. No matter what your reason is, it matters, even if others have told you otherwise.

I am accepting new in-person and telehealth clients. My job is to work along side you to meet your mental health goals whether it be to overcome trauma and adversity or just improve mood and wellbeing. I have concentrated experience in helping individuals with co-existing physical and mental health concerns.

I also have a special focus in my practice on helping couples achieve better intimacy, healing from past breaches of trust, and calming negative patterns.

How is your mind, body, and spirit today? How frequently have you been doing things that mean something? I work individually with all adults who struggle with unresolved trauma, addiction, body issues, grief and loss, traumatic stress, family issues, life transitions, dating and relationship issues, and all relationship lifestyles. I am a LGBTQ affirming therapist and support transgender and gender questioning clients. In supervision since 2016 licensed since 2019 and I have worked in the field since 2012. I am passionate about this work and believe therapy can be a deep and powerful experience with professional guidance.
