Our team of independent practitioners includes licensed child, adolescent, and adult psychologists, therapists, and post-doctoral residents who have experience, training, and skill in numerous areas within the field of psychology. We provide a variety of services and our newly built 3600 sqft building is ideally located in Brookwood Office Park on Bloomingdale Avenue between Bryan and John Moore roads in Brandon, Florida.

I have always wanted to help people. I’ve been able to do that in a variety of ways over the years. Working in domestic violence shelters, agencies that assist child sexual abuse survivors, in-home intensive substance abuse counseling...I’m privileged to have been able to help so many. It truly makes me happy. Now, I have my own practice after all of these years and I couldn’t be more excited to continue helping people; just in a much more enjoyable and comfortable setting. Lauren truly enjoys working with adults, couples, and children ages two and older, along with providing parental support through a love and logic approach. Kada enjoys working with children, teenagers and adults. Kada graduated with her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Florida. She genuinely cares for her clients and puts a lot of time and effort into making sure they are getting the help that they need. She takes a trauma-informed approach and uses attachment-based theory in her practice. She also utilizes CBT, Person-Centered and Mindfulness Based Interventions. When working with children, she loves using Play Therapy Techniques as play is a child’s primary form of communication and processing.

The clients I work with come to me with many concerns. These may have been going on for months or years or could even be immediate situations. People who are motivated to talk openly about the real depth of their issues or pain do best in therapy. I will give you the attention and support you need while I help you gain the tools you need to make changes in your life for the long term.
