My name is Ariel Borges, and I am Mental Health Counselor located in the Shenandoah/Brickell/Coral Gables. I offer in person and telehealth services. I specialize in Emerging Adulthood, Young adults, Anger Management, Impulsive disorders, Relationship issues, Career-related stress. Sheena Cooper is a South Florida native and a licensed Therapist. She attended the University of South Florida and graduated from Barry University with her Masters in 2010. She is an Army Veteran who served a 13 month tour in Taji, Iraq and traveled the World serving her country including Marcala, Honduras. Her experience in the Military and as a licensed Trauma Social Worker has allowed her to view life through different lenses.

I earned my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from NOVA Southeastern University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University. I have gained experience by providing direct client care, operating clinical programs, and providing oversight of clinical services. I have also completed an extensive amount of trainings and earned several certifications through the state. My professional abilities to provide effective services help contribute to the evolution of any individual and organization.

I am an accomplished and experienced psychotherapist who works with individuals, groups, and families with all types of mental health issues. Throughout my career, I have assisted countless people with emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. Simply stated, my approach is to start where you want to begin.

We work with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, mood disorders, family relations issues, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. We combine different therapeutic approaches based on client's presenting concerns, goals, and motivation, such as, cognitive-behavioral, brief therapy, mindfulness, client-centered, solution-focused therapy.

David Landry, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist in Broward and Palm Beach Counties with over a decade of experience working with clients of all ages.
