Who We Are: We are an intimately diverse and rich group, which consists of a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with training in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as EMDR, two Licensed Clinical Social Workers, a Mater's Level Therapist, Case Manager, and Psychiatrist. As an LMHC, I use EMDR to help clients move from frozen in time to a more adaptive self following traumatic experiences. Cary is a registereed mental health clinician atending in Boca Raton and Delray Beach Area. Cary has double masters degrees in mental health counseling and marriage and family counseling. Cary has developed the last two years to the practice of Play therapy not only with children but also with adults and couples, She works with children teens and adults. Cary provides services in both English and SPANISH. Cary uses modalities of expressive arts, Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, family systems and trauma-informed care, working with individuals, couples and families.

I have experience in a variety of clinical settings and institutions.I integrate modalities with the aim of facilitating a collaborative space to help you get unstuck, break repetitive patterns and overcome your struggles towards a more fulfilling life. I will help you to gain insight, relate past to present while learning skills through practices that have proven to be effective. My practice in mental health reflects both my background in psychology at the Master level and my Doctoral degree in Biology.

I am a licensed,clinical social worker with over 25 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My primary objective is to comprehensively assess whatever concerns are being presented by my patients and to quickly and compassionately alleviate any emotional discomfort. I provide therapy based on the belief that if an individual is making a commitment to themselves to get support, they deserve the full focus and availability of their therapist.
