We are a family-owned company with a focus on helping our community; there are so many people struggling and that want help but cannot get the help they need in a timely manner. We wanted to put a change to the month’s long waitlists for therapy and support people in Brevard and surrounding areas in Florida need. Our focus is on the person as a whole and their individual needs.

Hello! Are you wanting to feel better? Or maybe your child or teen is having some difficulties and could use someone outside of the family to talk with. I am here to help! I work with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs. My areas of expertise include grief and loss, emotional regulation, behavior management, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, ADHD and autism spectrum disorders. Prior to my current role, my professional experience includes 5 years of child and adolescent therapy and 3 years of grief counseling with adults and seniors.

I have over 10 years of experience working with new medical diagnosis, medical complications, and health related difficulties affecting daily living. I work often with individuals experiencing anxiety, workplace stress, family dynamics and relationship stress, advocacy, trauma, first responders, and grief. I also offer couples or marriage counseling.

While Dr. Walden has been trained to treat a variety of concerns, he has developed a niche working with the military and veteran population. The individuals Dr. Walden works with have experienced the worst parts of life and want to find peace.

I specialize in treating individuals with childhood trauma, abuse, or neglect; trauma or post-traumatic stress; depression or anxiety; domestic violence or stalking; separation or divorce; relationship problems, controlling partners, or codependency; grief, accident, or injury; stress due to chronic pain, illness, or job; and underlying issues related to drug and alcohol abuse. I am also a Certified Bariatric Counselor and perform mental health assessments for surgery. Help is available to you.

I am skilled with working with those who have concerns of depression, anxiety, poor self esteem, and trauma, such as those with abuse histories or domestic violence. I enjoy helping to be a part of the process that can improve another person's quality of life, satisfaction and a sense of purpose and empowerment.
