Everyone has a story to tell. Living under the weight of unresolved painful childhood experiences, trauma, loss, relationship problems, transition, and stressful life events can be overwhelming, debilitating, and hard to manage. My priority as a counselor is to honor your story and provide you with an opportunity to begin to unpack the pieces of it that need to be acknowledged and given a voice.
