I am a Palm Beach County, Florida native, mother, and counselor with a true passion for helping others and giving back to my community. I have always been passionate about overcoming the stigma surrounding mental health in our communities, healing from ACES, and resolving generational traumas. With every client, I strive to empower, educate, and uplift them through their therapeutic journey.

I truly believe that there are distinct patterns to much of our behavior and our thinking. Some of these patterns may have developed over many years as defense mechanisms or coping skills. Many others are learned from our environments.

Emily Wente-Branch is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She obtained her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Central Florida. She also has an undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Bachelor of Arts: Psychology. Emily has been working with individuals offering case management and clinical counseling over the past few years. She has experience working with individuals from ages 7-60, families, and groups. She enjoys working with a diversity of behavioral health issues including depression and anxiety.

I find that not having a voice, not feeling heard causes us to feel small. These things can cause us to feel sad, angry, anxious, depressed and disconnected. Also my ideal client needs to identify strategies to better manage their time. My ideal client struggles with anxieties in his or her relationship, which could lead to codependency and anxious attachment patterns.
