I have 18 years experience in working with adolescents and adults coping with mental & chronic physical health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, chronic pain, cancer and insomnia.

I work with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, anger and trauma. A lot of individuals struggle to balance both professional and personal life, which can lead to resentment towards self, family, or work. We all need a space to put everything on the table and objectively look at what is getting in the way of feeling fulfilled and accomplished. Most people want to feel successful but due to family, history, self, and/or social definitions are not able to measure up due to an unrealistic idea. We work together to redefine how we see ourselves and the world around us.
