She has several years of experience in mental health, treating couples, adults, and children with various issues and disorders. Rena enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life, especially those with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and trauma. Rena is warm, sincere, and has a nurturing and calming spirit. She utilizes mindfulness-based interventions, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused modalities while tailoring treatment to each person.

Lauren truly enjoys working with adults, couples, and children ages two and older, along with providing parental support through a love and logic approach. Lauren enjoys working with a variety of issues ranging from Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), Adjustment Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Depression and Couple’s Counseling.

Lianna specializes in working with adults, young adults and adolescents. Lianna obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialty in Sport Psychology from Boston University in 2022 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology minoring in Exercise Science and Sports Performance and Coaching from Appalachian State University. Lianna is passionate about working with athletes and though she has a wide range of knowledge, she is particularly skilled and knowledgable in the unique challenges athletes face.
