I graduated from Nova Southeastern University. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and interpersonal conflicts.

Welcome! I am open to new clients. I enjoy providing individual therapy to adults and adolescents who are experiencing a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, medical/health issues, work/life balance, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship issues. When I was little, I had big dreams but life circumstances took me on a different much harder path. My primary purpose through the 60's70's&80's was my addiction. I was widowed by 27, left with 3 children and still using. I became sober in 1987, went back to school & started in the addiction field. I discovered most chronic relapsers struggled with emotional traumas and PTSD. I founded The Refuge & 10 years later, sold it and focused on Spirit2Spirit teaching professionals how to help trauma survivors. Today, I am the Executive Director and co-Founder of the Guest House Ocala where we treat trauma and the self defeating behaviors.
