I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with a Ph.D. in Counseling & Psychological Studies. I have shared the journey with clients ages 7 to 70 for challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationships, addictions, and so much more.

The first half of my career was spent in two hospitals providing various services to the inpatient and outpatient population working on medical, surgical, ICU, Burn, and specialty services as well as inpatient physical rehabilitation, substance abuse, and psychiatric units. The second has included counseling in health clinics, in-home, primary and secondary schools, and the incarcerated populations.
