I was a middle school counselor for over 30 years until my retirement in 2018. During that time I began working in a private setting and have expanded my expertise to address a variety of issues that we are challenged with as individuals, couples, and families. I am known and respected for my in depth work with adolescents and young adults as well as adults and families. Areas of focus include trauma, parenting, relationship recovery, self-esteem, behavioral and stress management and other life transitions. I have expanded my counseling endeavors to include athletic and career mindset.

I am a Cognitive Behavior Therapist (CBT) and I specialize in treating obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and I have helped a lot of people get better so they can live more meaningful and productive lives.
