I primarily use psychodynamic, systemic, experiential and culturally sensitive approaches to accompany the client throughout the journey of self discovery. With emphasis on awareness and insight, I encourage individuals and couples to seek solutions that resonate with their personal and relational needs. The struggle to overcome adverse experiences, can be a product of sociocultural system, family context, early attachment and relationships which reflect a stigmatized idea of self.

Due to my expertise, I am confident and competent working with life transitions, anxiety, sexual dysfunction, communication, and much more.
