Motherhood is hard. You do it all with love and selflessness, but it's too much to handle on your own at this point. You need to slow down but motherhood never stops-always something to be done. You are ready to delegate some tasks but don’t know how to ask for help. Oh and the mental load! You are ready to take a break but don’t have the support you need. Others expect you to take care of it all and your inner voice expects nothing less than perfect– leaving you depleted and anxious, feeling isolated. And then there is the pain of motherhood not being what you envisioned. and it’s bringing all these feelings to the surface!
