People are so sick of holding their tongue, wearing costumes, and being inauthentic when navigating social relations. To me, therapy is a place to say the thing and acknowledge the parts of us that many won’t see or hear. The freedom that follows from that experience alone can make all the difference. My hope for our therapeutic relationship is to make space for all of that and more.

Life is filled with sequences of unknowns, sprinkled with defeats and victories. My goal is to foster self-awareness for my clients in a safe, judgment-free space and provide them with the tools to better manage their difficult emotions to ensure the development of successful, healthy relationships.
