Life can certainly be tough at times, but you don’t have to do it alone! I have worked with many patients from a variety of backgrounds and concerns. One of my more unique focuses is on Video Game/Internet Addiction. I offer advice/education with time management skills, setting priorities, overall life skills and more! I have interned and worked at Circles of Care and I currently practice at Adult & Child Counseling & Psychiatric Center. I am on your side and I will be here to help you through some of the most difficult and stressful times you have to handle. You have to keep moving forward and I can be the one to help!

I take a holistic approach to counseling and focuses not only on my client’s emotional needs, but also integrates the client’s physical health practices, social support, hobbies/ interests, and spirituality. I love being active, being in nature, and I have been an avid surfer in Florida’s Space Coast for over thirty years. I feel balance to life is paramount in maintaining emotional, cognitive, and physical health and I carry this philosophy into my work. I'm adaptable and can see my clients in the office setting or in nature settings as well.

We might also explore coping mechanisms, attachment and parenting styles, and love languages. I help my clients better understand their feelings and communicate their needs.

One of my heartfelt specialties is ADHD, which is increasingly prevalent among individuals aged 5 to 18 years old. Based on evidence-based practices & my own up-growing experience with clients, I firmly believe that factors such as nutrition, environment, societal influences, & social media play significant roles in shaping individuals with ADHD symptoms, whether they have been formally diagnosed or not. Understanding how these factors impact clients' functionality and well-being, I strive to provide a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental, and compassionate space. I offer treatments tailored to my clients' needs, desires, and goals.

Many times in life, we can overcome difficult situations by learning about ourselves and how we can approach future struggles differently. However, when we exhaust our coping skills, or past events and memories become too overwhelming, we need help. I am equipped to work with clients on their specific issues, either temporary or chronic. My general approach is to address clients' wellness in the 'body, mind, and spirit dimensions to facilitate their growth and development in life.
