Community Psychological Services is currently accepting new clients! Located on the Florida Tech campus, we are a low-cost talk therapy service providing high-quality care for a wide variety of concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma). Services are provided by clinical psychology doctoral students using evidence-based practices under the supervision of licensed clinical psychologists via video and audio recordings. Acceptability is easy as we are currently offering services on a semester basis.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I can work with various clients and needs, however specialize in adolescents/adults experiencing substance use, depression, and anxiety.

Therapy is about making improvement, no matter how small or large. Life is not always bright and exciting, it can be dark and nerve-racking. We don't have to be perfect, we just strive to be better than yesterday. Using my years of experience guiding adults and adolescents through anxiety and depression, I will work with you to remove barriers that keep you from your goals. I work exclusively with children aging 18 months to 18 years. I have been treating children in private practice for over 24 years. I treat ADHD, ADD, Anxiety, Asperger's Syndrome, Depression, Grief/Loss due to death, separation/divorce or deployment, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), verbal, physical, sexual abuse, and neglect. I have extensive training and experience in treating children of separating & divorcing parents. I work with divorcing parents and their children in the Collaborative Divorce process. I provide them with insight and the tools to make the process go as smoothly as possible.

In my practice, I prioritize understanding the unique needs of each client, tailoring my approach to address specific challenges. I am a warm, gentle, non-judgemental therapist that has over 10years of experience. I support people with both professionally diagnosed and self-diagnosed neurodiversity. I am trauma informed regarding both big and small traumas. I specialized in working with people who are neurodivergent (autistic, ADHD, Dyslexic, TBI, and learning disabilities). I have lived experience as a neurodivergent person. I can also help support caregivers and family members who are learning to have more compassion and understanding of family members with formally and self-diagnosed autism or ADHD.

I have interned and worked at Circles of Care and I currently practice at Adult & Child Counseling & Psychiatric Center. I am on your side and I will be here to help you through some of the most difficult and stressful times you have to handle. You have to keep moving forward and I can be the one to help!
