We provide services to all children and adolescents. I specialize in developing individualized therapy for children up to age 18 with behavior problems and emotional concerns. Often times, the behavior of children can lead to a number of problems in the home and the entire family unit creating a sense of stress, anxiety, and tension.

I have worked with a variety of Clients reporting different concerns such as depression, anxiety, mood instability, parenting difficulties, but specializing in ADHD, autism and trauma. I hold a Masters in Counseling with Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as a Master's certificate in Play Therapy. I am currently working on a PhD in Developmental Psychology.

I believe there is a balance in every facet of our lives. Balance refers to a state of equilibrium a point where we all find calm. I would venture to say a place or state we all strive to achieve. Yet, we also know our lives are filled with those times when things are just not what they used to or should be. Whether your part of a sandwich generation (caring for children as well as elderly parent or parents); a parent of a teen who swears they know best and you have never lived life; your middle schooler looks and sounds like another person (due to their behavior); your toddler or school age child is making life difficult.
