My name is Byron Beall. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I have years of experience working with a wide range of populations including adults and families in all settings. I have experience working in diverse settings, ranging from a prison to group homes, schools, hospitals, private practice and family homes. I have experience as a bereavement director where I provided grief counseling.

Gloria Gonzalez, PhD; LMHC. I am an eclectic practitioner of the healing arts. My focus is to provide alternative emotional and behavioral tools to clients and assist them on how to best handle daily life stressors, such as conflict, anxiety, trauma, unresolved grief issues, sadness and overall emotional liability. I work with teen-agers, adults, couples, families and elderly populations. I treat trauma, interpersonal and intra-personal conflict, anxiety, depression, career issues.

Sometimes sh*t happens. And It can be an overwhelming decision to ask for help, especially when contacting a stranger. What happens when the story I have for my life doesn’t go as planned? My dream job isn’t bringing the fulfillment I thought it would. I envisioned myself fully showing up in this world, but now my trauma leaves me powerless beneath my anxiety and depression. I identified with a religion that once gave me freedom, but now it leaves me in bondage. My family was once a safe haven, but now dad is drinking too much and everything I knew is gone.

Each of us is on a journey, and sometimes this journey can become quite stressful. At times we need someone on the outside looking in, to help us gain perspective and to encourage us toward healthy change. I have a passion to walk alongside others in their journeys to offer hope and help in healing. My Christian perspective and person-centered approach allows me to value each person as a fellow Image-bearer. I strive to create a safe environment, holding strongly to a non-judgmental stance, so that clients may feel accepted for who they are.

New to therapy? Great. Tried 10 different therapists? Cool! My ideal client is anyone who is wanting to better themself. I think the most important factor in therapy is building a warm, welcoming therapeutic relationship. If you can't feel comfortable in therapy, no real work will be done. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator, Collaborative Family Law Practitioner, and a PhD candidate in conflict resolution, I specialize in family discord including high conflict divorce and parenting coordination cases. However, my deepest passion is expanding consciousness in individuals/youth, families/couples, and social systems using science and spirituality to awaken a deeper, more satisfying experience of reality.
