He attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed his residency at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami and his fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami in affiliation with the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Whitlock is a child and adolescent psychiatrist with experience working with patients in all age ranges. He specializes in working with children and adolescents but has experience working with adult and geriatric patient.

Maranatha Nelson is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern in Florida who has been practicing since 2021.
