Hello, my name is Brittany Junker. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with clients of all ages: children, teens, and adults. I specialize in helping families heal, individually and as a whole. My therapeutic style lends itself to working with a diverse range of client concerns. Clients have expressed symptoms including but not limited to symptoms of ADD/ADHD, disciplinary concerns, conduct and personality disorders, symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, irritability, difficulty making and maintaining relationships, trouble sleeping, mood swings, angry outbursts etc.

Alanna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University. She is experienced working with adults, youth (6 years old through end of adolescence), and Neurodiverse individuals. Alanna has worked in a variety of clinical settings and is a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS). Alanna specializes in working with those with Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Relationship issues, Grief/Loss, Trauma, and Day-to-Day Stressors.

I began my career as a social worker following graduation from Marywood College in 1978. My first job was in drug treatment and worked there for almost 9 years. A great deal of my experience was working in the medical side, but I also worked on the mental health side, in the outpatient setting, rape treatment center and providing psychiatric services to incarcerated I individuals. I do have a particular interest in dealing with survivors of sexual assault.
