I help individuals sort through relationship problems. This is different than couples counseling in that you'll unpack your own life experiences, needs, feelings, and concerns that you may not be ready to talk about with your partner. Individual therapy can take place before you start couples sessions, as a way to better understand yourself and the situation, and to help you make a plan for what you want to accomplish. Individual relationship therapy can also work well for those who are already in couples counseling, but stuck in a state of "gridlock". I see clients in-person, online... in both hourly and intensive formats.

Hello and welcome, I am so glad you've decided to take the first steps in the counseling process. I know asking for help can be extremely difficult and is often one of the hardest parts in the journey of healing. I seek to provide a nonjudgmental, genuine, and empathetic presence for my clients in order to ensure a safe and secure environment for the counseling process. I utilize a collaborative approach to facilitate growth and healing in my clients.

Our ideal client is wanting to reach their goals with our help. In couples, you are ready to improve your communication and heal resentment or infidelity issues. Individually we enjoy working with clients that can verbalize their needs or maybe we can identify it together but are ready to make changes or identify past trauma if ready to do that and heal that with EMDR therapy. We enjoy making a difference for all our clients in a timely manner. We have 19 clinicians so we can help as many clients as we can either day, night or weekends. We do not want to turn anyone away who is 13 and older needing counseling services.
