I believe that the most crucial aspect of therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist. The therapeutic relationship is part of what helps facilitate change. I help my clients make shifts in their relationships–the relationships they have with themselves, each other, and with their problems. Our ideal client is ready to work on their relationships and do the work needed to improve communication and heal from the past. They take turns communicating needs to then learn tools to convey respectfully how your are feeling and what do you need.
