It’s often hard to reach out to close friends or family…nevermind some stranger that says that they can help. I strive to offer every client a supportive, non-judgmental approach to help explore where you are at, how you’ve been coping with it, and what a tomorrow that is worth living for would truly look like. No one starts cutting or thinking about suicide without a good reason. No matter what your reason is, it matters, even if others have told you otherwise.
