I'm a Spanish-speaking therapist, and I offer mental health services to Latino / Latinx individuals in Massachusetts and Florida. I firmly believe that, before any other role, we all are vulnerable human beings with the ability to continue growing and changing. Starting therapy could open old wounds, awaken memories, and make you feel ashamed. Initially, it can be a heavy process. I understand that transparency, respect, and collaboration are fundamental. Yes, collaboration is key, but when fulfillment and growth occur, you're going to be at the point where you don't need me anymore. And that's another kind of personal success!

Jeannette is a Registered Marriage and family Therapist Intern in the state of Florida. She believes in supportive attachments and the importance of connection to achieve optimum balance. Jeannette has extensive training/experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems and Emotion Focused Therapies to systematically alter behaviors and interactions of families, couples, children and adolescents. She specializes in treating Anxiety, Depression, & ADHD. She offers Individual, Couple/Marriage Counseling. Her style of counseling allows young clients (5-18) to discover a pathway to relieving peer related stress.
