I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the Miami-Dade County area and opened an office in Draper, Utah. I am experienced in couples counseling as well as in individual counseling. I am certified in anger management and life/health coaching. I am trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I also have experience in working with clients who are undergoing an immigration process and I am an expert witness in immigration court. I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in the states of Florida, New York, Maryland, Virginia, Texas, Utah, and New Jersey.

I am in the private practice of psychotherapy and psychoanalysis with adult and adolescent patients who, despite their innate capacities, are experiencing difficulties in relationships, academics or career. Our work focuses on identifying and dealing with those issues which are outside of awareness, but are interfering with the freedom to succeed in the various areas or their lives; e.g.. interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, chronic trauma, medical trauma, difficulty in finding intimacy, and academic and creative blocks.

Born and raised in Miami, Fl., Mrs. Rodriguez graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies in 2008. Soon after, Mrs. Rodriguez attended Barry University where she was awarded a Master of Science degree with a dual specialization in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy in 2011. She is licensed in the state of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and as a Marriage & Family Therapist Intern.
