My approach combines trusted methods for anxiety diagnoses (social anxiety, panic attacks, etc) and OCD like Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) with systematic desensitization, Inference Based CBT (I-CBT), along with elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness.
