Pooja Chandrasekhar is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who has 4 years of experience working with adults and children in a therapeutic capacity to manage depression, anxiety, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), trauma, life stressors, psychosis, and family conflict. Pooja completed her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at the University of Florida. She completed her Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Florida.

I love to work with clients who are ready for change. I often work with survivors of trauma looking for a holistic lens to wellness. I believe in the value and strength of the human spirit and deeply enjoy helping others discover that, as well. By creating an environment that is safe and confidential, we can work toward true healing, growth, balance, and authenticity--living a life that is true to who you are.

I have had experience in the private and the public sector, counseling and developing individuals to meet their highest potential. Currently licensed as an LMHC in the State of Florida, I have had much experience in providing therapy for individuals that have a history of abuse or neglect. I am very familiar with working with troubled families, and couples with relationship issues.

I offer safe and accessible telehealth - virtual counseling sessions. Even positive transitions can be challenging, hard to understand, or embarrassing to discuss. School transitions, career changes, divorce, domestic violence, parenting differences, personal loss, dating issues, or other life transitions can sometimes seem overwhelming. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and co-owner of Nautilus Behavioral Health. I work with children, adolescents and young adults ages 3 to 24 years, as well as their families. I offer therapy, assessment and educational groups. I provide services to individuals with various issues, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavior problems, difficulties managing anger, problems adjusting to stressors or learning difficulties. As a pediatric psychologist, I help patients with physical health problems promote wellness, improve coping with medical conditions and lessen the effects of co-occurring mental health conditions.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with several years of experience. I've volunteered with several community agencies in the past in the areas of domestic violence, trauma, and family dynamic including improving familial relationships and communication. I have experiencing working with children, adolescents, adults and families in regards to mental health issues, trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse, parenting, marital/family conflict, stress management, school issues, communication, self-esteem in a healthy way using a cognitive behavioral approach.

Sometimes sh*t happens. And It can be an overwhelming decision to ask for help, especially when contacting a stranger. What happens when the story I have for my life doesn’t go as planned? My dream job isn’t bringing the fulfillment I thought it would. I envisioned myself fully showing up in this world, but now my trauma leaves me powerless beneath my anxiety and depression. I identified with a religion that once gave me freedom, but now it leaves me in bondage. My family was once a safe haven, but now dad is drinking too much and everything I knew is gone.

In my practice, I work with a broad range of clients who are simply struggling with life's demands - coping with change and transitions, discovering identities and passions, grieving losses big and small, and understanding the complexities of relationships. I enjoy working from a systems perspective; that is, understanding how relationships impact an individual and bringing those relationships into the therapy process if necessary.

I am a clinical psychologist who is passionate about my work with children, teens, and adults. I prefer to take a relational, client-centered approach to psychotherapy and strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative environment where my clients can be empowered to create positive change and to live better and more meaningful lives. I also come with years of experience working with families. In additional to my clinical work, I also provide forensic psychological assessments (immigration, personal injury, social investigations) and psychoeducational and educational testing for learning differences, autism, and ADHD.

Mario Decunto is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who grew up between California and Argentina making him comfortable counseling in either English or Spanish. Mario uses warmth and compassion to bond with his clients while utilizing a strength-based approach to navigate through challenges. He has worked for nearly 15 years in Jacksonville specializing in children and their families, couples, adults and coaching. He is an advocate for Infant Mental Health and currently serves as VP of the Florida Association of Infant Mental Health (FAIMH) chapter of North Florida. Mario is proud to be a Qualified Supervisor.

Life is unpredictable and can be difficult to navigate alone- and that is why I became a mental health therapist! I am a huge advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and yearn to build a safe and easily accessible space for anyone who needs a little extra support.

Goulnissa Outechova is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LHMC) with over 17 years of experience in the field. Goulnissa works with clients of different ages and her main focus is helping families and children cope with their challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, interpersonal relationships, communication skills, and parenting.
