You’ve read about attachment styles and emotional dysregulation and most of it makes sense in theory, but things aren’t actually changing. You find that you still react to stress and conflict in ways that you don’t fully understand, which often results in being misunderstood and second guessing yourself. Half the time you don't even know what your actual feelings and needs are so... um, how are you supposed to effectively communicate these things to another human?
