Wanda Williams is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. As an educator, she is aware of the importance of mental health. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. My ideal client is someone who enters therapy with an open heart, ready to delve into their inner world and unpack their boxes. Kristian received her Bachelor's degree at the University of North Florida followed by her Masters at Webster University. She engages others by building a rapport while also assisting her families to achieve set goals. She works with individuals ages 5-100, families, adolescents, drug addiction and parents who need guidance. Some specialty skills include problem-solving, communication, coping skills, and relaxation exercises for anxiety. Kristian focuses on the improvement, the quality of life of individuals and families by compassionately serving their mental health, addiction, special education, and community support needs.

Anita Woods is a second-career counselor who spent 36 years working in purchasing for large corporations. She transitioned to counseling because she loves to help people and feels called to serve women, children, and families. She is a master’s-level graduate counselor and a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (RMHCI), and Anita is pursuing her PhD in counseling education and supervision. Both in the school system and in private practice, she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults.

I have led multiple large-scale government-funded grants and worked with thousands of families along the way. I have expertise in using DBT (Dialectical behavior therapy ) to support individuals with mood disorders, including depression and anxiety. I also host a weekly TV segment on Mental Wellness (WJXT).
