I am a Mental Health counselor and Master's level addictions and trauma therapist who specializes in TEENS and ADULTS. I use the Neuro-Affective Relational Model and EMDR to help my clients overcome the things in their past that are holding them back from living free. I absolutely love what I do and feel privileged to help people everyday. I am personally in recovery, which means that I actually live the life that I am helping people achieve.

Kristian received her Bachelor's degree at the University of North Florida followed by her Masters at Webster University. She engages others by building a rapport while also assisting her families to achieve set goals. She works with individuals ages 5-100, families, adolescents, drug addiction and parents who need guidance. Some specialty skills include problem-solving, communication, coping skills, and relaxation exercises for anxiety. Kristian focuses on the improvement, the quality of life of individuals and families by compassionately serving their mental health, addiction, special education, and community support needs.

As a licensed clinical psychologist I employ evidence-based treatments to help clients with improvement of identity issues, assertiveness, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, narcissistic abuse, ethnic or racial discrimination, or have gone through traumatic events. I employ Trauma focused, CBT, and EMDR to treat my clients. I specialize in assisting LGBT and transgender individuals, as well as those with Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Depression and Anxiety.
