Before his studies at FGCU, He was in the rental business and felt that He was in his calling when He did volunteer work helping people in the US and abroad. After much thought and consulting with family and friends, Richard decided He wanted to work more hands on helping hurting people through counseling. His philosophy is ultimately to make a difference in the world by helping hurting people.

We are located in Davie but we see clients all over Broward County. We provide individual counseling to children as young as 5 years old through teenage years. We offer individual counseling to adults who want to work on depression, anxiety, personality issues, codependency and substance abuse treatment. We love to work with couples in couples counseling and marriage therapy in order to help you open lines of communicate, increase intimacy, learn to solve problems in a healthy manner and overall improve your relationship or marriage. We are trained in Gottman and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.

I take a personal, relatable approach to working with all of my clients. I sincerely care about helping my clients gain clarity and insight while progressing towards developing the skills necessary to independently problem solve in the future. I do feel that we sometimes need to look backwards and work through past issues in order to lay a better foundation for the present. I will always seek to speak the truth with grace, even though it may be difficult to hear, in order to ensure that my clients have the information they need to make the best decisions for their situation.

As a therapist, I partner with the person I am working with and we collaboratively explore options that may fit your needs and bring you where you want to be, and how you want to be in your life. I am available for TeleHealth Sessions throughout Florida. If you want to tackle issues such as Addiction, Codependency, Trauma, Sexuality, Unmanageable Stress and Anxiety, Gambling, ADD, Feeling Intimidated by a Life Transition, Negative Self-Talk, Feeling Stuck, or making Personal and/or Career Changes we may want to meet. I use Brainspotting, talk therapies, and a variety of other treatment methods like CBT, MI, & DBT.

She has earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology-Counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic College in West Palm Beach, Florida and has extensive experience in helping individuals, couples and families with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, marital discord, codependency, addiction/recovery, eating disorders and past emotional trauma. Stacey’s passion is to help people regain their confidence, self-esteem, and identity by teaching clients the coping tools necessary to understand and work through past experiences.
