I utilize the family systems and the cognitive-behavioral approaches when conducting individual, couples, or family therapy. I also integrate Christian/Catholic concepts, when appropriate, in assisting clients in finding more meaning and purpose in their lives as well as relief, comfort, and solutions in their daily struggles.
