Sarah Bauer, LMFT, CBT, CCTP, CEAP is a licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to working with couples, family, and individuals in therapy. She is a systemic and integrative therapist that utilizes various approaches such as cognitive behavioral, solution focused and mindfulness practices to create an individualized approach for each client. Sarah is passionate about providing a safe space where clients can feel empowered, confident, and validated.
