EMDR is a powerful psychotherapy approach that has helped an estimated two million people of all ages relieve many types of psychological distress including trauma, anxiety, panic, disturbing memories, persistent negative thoughts, depression and post traumatic stress. The EMDR technique allows clients to quickly and efficiently reprocess memories resulting in improved thought processing and emotional well being.

Robert since 2004 has remained focused on his passion to help others and choosing to be part of the solution to our nation's substance-abuse epidemic. Being in long-term recovery, he has advanced his education to include a Bachelor of Social Work and a master's in social work. He is a licensed certified addictions professional for the state of Florida since 2015. Having profound empathy working with clients he provides the best possible care and goes above and beyond. Robert is also trained to provide EMDR therapy for single event and complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression.

There are also life development changes like going from child to teen, teen to adult, adult to senior, end of life issues, death, spiritual and religious struggles, and bereavement. Graduating from Loyola University with a Master's degree in Theology and Marriage and Family, I focus on individuals impacted by addiction, infidelity, relational crisis and trauma. I have been a Program Director in a jail offering substance abuse treatment and a CEO and Clinical Director of a domestic violence center. As a federal government researcher, I developed an addiction curriculum used in treatment centers across the country and have been a featured therapist on the Oprah Network. I sincerely believe in and support long term recovery from addiction and trauma. Both my husband and I embrace a sober lifestyle.

Each of us is on a journey, and sometimes this journey can become quite stressful. At times we need someone on the outside looking in, to help us gain perspective and to encourage us toward healthy change. I am based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with all populations, but I specialize in working with adolescents, anxiety, stress, and relationship discord. I have worked with all ages, however, I most frequently work with adolescents who are typically experiencing life transitions that may lead to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
