I consider myself a relational therapist and believe it is a privilege to sit with people while dealing with life's challenges. Through a multi-discipline approach, integrating the practice of healthy social-emotional strategies, relational repair and positive psychology, I assist the client in their pursuit of personal growth & resolution. I work with people of all ages, individuals, couples, and families. I have a unique specialization with co-parenting dynamics and children five and under as a trained Infant Mental Health Specialist through the Harris Institute of The FSU Center for Prevention and Early Intervention Policy.

Our practice prides itself on being inclusive, relatable, and ready to meet you where you are at! We have multiple therapists at this time both in person and virtually! Our therapists consist of Ellen, Alexis, Liz, Haley, Ashley, Rebecca, Lauren, and Kerrie! We offer specializations such as Accelerated Resolution therapy (like EMDR), Brainspotting, Play therapy, and have a Qualified Supervisor!

I am passionate about helping women, teen girls, and female therapists to heal and rise above feelings of depression, anxiety, fears, phobias, and low self-esteem. Graduating from Loyola University with a Master's degree in Theology and Marriage and Family, I focus on individuals impacted by addiction, infidelity, relational crisis and trauma. I have been a Program Director in a jail offering substance abuse treatment and a CEO and Clinical Director of a domestic violence center. As a federal government researcher, I developed an addiction curriculum used in treatment centers across the country and have been a featured therapist on the Oprah Network. I sincerely believe in and support long term recovery from addiction and trauma. Both my husband and I embrace a sober lifestyle.

Robert since 2004 has remained focused on his passion to help others and choosing to be part of the solution to our nation's substance-abuse epidemic. Being in long-term recovery, he has advanced his education to include a Bachelor of Social Work and a master's in social work. He is a licensed certified addictions professional for the state of Florida since 2015. Having profound empathy working with clients he provides the best possible care and goes above and beyond. Robert is also trained to provide EMDR therapy for single event and complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression.

I believe everyone has a story that stitches them together to make them who they become. The journey to complete wholeness of that story sometimes requires assistance, and I believe that’s where I come in.

Amanda is motivated in helping her clients reach their potential by highlighting the importance of self-care within the therapeutic process. She has extensively studied in the areas of eating disorders, and has years of experience working with depression and anxiety.
