Greetings to all! I completed my Masters and Doctoral studies at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT. Via my doctoral training experiences at the Hartford Job Corps, the University of Connecticut’s Center for Mental Health Services, the Counseling Center at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Florida International University’s Counseling and Psychological Services center, I found passion and excitement working with emerging and young adult populations, especially those who identify as male in gender, LGBTQ+, and/or Hispanic/Latinx. I was also trained as a generalist and enjoy working with all adult populations.

I focus on the treatment of clients who have experienced sexual abuse or assault and other kinds of trauma. I can help because I am a survivor, and I understand what you feel. When you need help to figure out how to put the pieces back in your life after abuse changes everything, we work together, to help you heal, rebuild your life and re-imagine who you are. Children's Corner: Art Therapy for Children practice has been in business since 2004, serving children and their families in the greater, south Florida area. Dr. Peg Dunn-Snow is a Fulbright Scholar, past- president of the American Art Therapy Association, and a licensed art therapist and mental health counselor. She has received post-graduate training in trauma and SandTray therapies. Dr. Dunn-Snow sees students, age 6 and older, with a variety of presenting problems, including developmental delays and trauma, as well as grief and loss issues.
