Jay Sayers, M.A., is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping adolescent to adult clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, life changes, and family/relationship conflicts. His main goal in therapy is help clients feel comfortable sharing their stories and learn ways to reduce distress and improve their lives. He is also trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy to assist with communication and strengthening couple's relationships.

My experience includes over 25 years in private practice, serving children, adolescents and adults. My specialties includes relationship issues, life transition changes such as separation/divorce, death of a loved one, adjustment to new living situations . Depression and anxiety are conditions treated in my practice. My experience includes play therapy with children as young as 3 years old. I am trained in all school related issues children struggle with including: ADHD,ADD, behavioral issues, social skill issues.
