They are high functioning individuals (ages 4-104) that are experiencing some sort of stressor in their lives. Life is full of unpredictable events including but not limited to separation, divorce, relationship issues, narcissistic abuse, loss of any kind, career changes, family issues, depression, changes in children's behavior, parenting, single parenting, recent diagnosis of mental health/ health condition, anxiety, fear, hurt and depression.
