She has 20 years of professional experience and focuses onn helping married and engaged couples heal and/or deepen their relationship. All of her services are offered virtually (no in-office appointments). It is her desire to provide Christian counseling for those throughout Texas, Hawaii and Florida that are seeking transformation in their lives and relationships. My ideal client struggles with insecurities, fears, has low self- esteem, and difficulties to identify his or her strengths. He or she has fears, and anxieties, and create the worst possible case scenarios in his or her inner dialogue for situations that he or she finds threatening or challenging. Also my ideal client needs to identify strategies to better manage their time. My ideal client struggles with anxieties in his or her relationship, which could lead to codependency and anxious attachment patterns.

I help you reach this goal by bringing to the session , experience , honesty of myself , kindness and genuine regard. I am part of the Veteran Choice Programs to receive VA referrals.

Who We Are: We are an intimately diverse and rich group, which consists of a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with training in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as EMDR, two Licensed Clinical Social Workers, a Mater's Level Therapist, Case Manager, and Psychiatrist. As an LMHC, I use EMDR to help clients move from frozen in time to a more adaptive self following traumatic experiences. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy to persons who are at emotional, behavioral, psychiatric, and substance abuse related risks. I am a Qualified supervisor to MFT and MHC Interns.
