Forensic evaluations are conducted by retainer by defense (IME/CME) or by plaintiff attorney. Recognized as expert in state and federal court. Most of my psychotherapy is geared to longer term insight-oriented treatment and I enjoy working with physicians, professionals, officers and military.

Complex Trauma, and general anxiety associated with Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults. As a trained EMDR therapist I specialize in Complex trauma with Military and First Responders. I provide a unique approach in that I treat the client in the virtual environment and at hours convenient to their schedules. Services are available in the evenings and on weekends eliminating the need to miss school and work.

Gil Fernandez holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Psychology and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He is trained in CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, substance abuse recovery, mind-body relaxation, and cognitive restructuring with a specialization in trauma resolution and co-occurring disorders.
