My goal is to assist my clients in dealing with problems that interfere with daily life and work and make them more effective in achieving personal goals. Client population includes professionals, couples, families, students who are willing to actively participate in therapy. I work with psychiatrists in the area coordinating the patient's therapy and assisting them in getting off their medications. I have numerous publications dealing with the effects of psychiatric medications and relapse.

I earned my Doctorate in Social Work in 2024 and have my Masters from NYU from 2006, with 18 years of clinical experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, college students, and adults. My specialization is in helping people reach their "best selves" in developing improved daily living skills in order to push through any 'road blocks' in ones personal development.
