I enjoy doing work with couples and use the Gottman Method to help couples work through difficult issues in their marriage. Nancy Alonzo is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. Nancy received her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University in 2013, and her Master in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2016. Nancy utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness approaches to help her clients achieve their goals. Nancy believes that providing clients with a caring and safe space to explore their issues, where they feel supported, validated, and understood, is a catalyst for positive change.
