Betty Allen is Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing since 1995. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a degree in Master's in Science with specialty in Mental Health Counseling. Betty Allen believes in whole person treatment philosophy with the Cognitive Behavioral Approach. She is a Christian counselor. Her main area of focus includes Substance Abuse, Depression and Anxiety. Betty enjoys her family, children and grandchildren in her spare time, she also enjoys going to church and helping other.

Judi Mitchell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Board-Certified Case Manager and a Clinical Social Work Qualified Supervisor in Florida who has been practicing since 2014. She provides quality psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She obtained her master's degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Saint Anselm College. Judi's goal is to help those she works with find balance in their lives in a safe, non-judgmental setting and overcome stressors to find happiness.

I believe that we are experts in our own lives and that we possess an inner wisdom within us to guide us. Sometimes we might get out of balance and become misaligned or disconnected from our authentic self, which may cause symptoms of depression and anxiety. During these times, we need assistance to navigate through our life's journey while working through difficult emotions, life-transforming events and challenges we may encounter. I view the counseling experience as a partnership. I act as a guide, providing tools to assist you become clear and centered to better be able to make choices that are right for you.
