Hi! I’m Allison and I am a EMDR trained therapist. The challenges of life are hard. These challenges can affect our mind, body, and spirit. My approach to therapy is one of warmth, empathy, and understanding. I seek to create a collaborative space where we identify your goals together and empower you by incorporating helpful tools to help you along your journey. I can provide a supportive environment where you feel comfortable to process your thoughts and emotions, build skills that promote change, and discover new ways to cope with life’s difficulties. In session, I incorporate EMDR and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

I have experience working with individuals with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, trauma, work-related issues, and more.
