I specialize in helping women find their inner beauty, so that they can be and give the best version of themselves. I accomplish this by helping unpack behavioral, relational patterns and/or distorted perceptions that hinder from being who you are designed/created to be. While you can't change your past, you can, however, do the work to better understand how you function in your relationships. So that you can begin to make better choices in your present and future. I truly believe that if you can change your mindset, you can change your life. Lastly, I love to talk about relationships, singleness and pre-marriage preparation!
My specialty is helping women either re-discover or find self-love. As a result, I hope you embrace your new found identity, value and worth. I also specialize in faith-based (biblical) counseling, personal growth, relationships and happiness. I am also a SYMBIS facilitator. I offer pre-marriage assessments/education to help you prepare for your marriage.
