I work with individuals of all ages, more specifically with children as they grow. I help them learn, name, understand and practice processing all the feelings that happen daily. I hold space for all emotions and apply the knowledge I've gained through the lenses of science of brain development, early attachments, relationship dynamics, adverse childhood experiences and how they can affect us in our daily lives. Using a reflective capacity to support the individual as they work toward their goals. My approach to this work is full of passion and want to help you work through your struggles or stuck places with compassion and hope.
I have been a Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) since 2011, am a Registered Play Therapist, Infant Mental Health Specialist endorsement, and am a rostered provider of Child Parent Psychotherapy. My work has focused on the development of social emotional skills in individuals and how and where we begin to learn how to survive in our worlds.
We all struggle at times, the bravest thing a person can do is be scared and still seek the support from someone else. I am ready to be a support system as your world changes and you learn how to make shifts in yourself to be the version you see yourself as.
